In Mexico, thousands of domestic workers leave before dawn and return after their children fall asleep. Trapped in endless workdays due to a lack of labor rights, they raise their own children through WhatsApp while caring for someone else's.

En México, miles de trabajadoras del hogar salen antes del amanecer y regresan cuando sus hijos ya duermen. Atrapadas en jornadas interminables por falta de derechos laborales, cuidan niños ajenos mientras crían a los propios por WhatsApp.

Flavio Florencio

Flavio is an award-winning Argentine director, producer, and screenwriter based in Mexico. His debut documentary, Made in Bangkok, earned multiple nominations and was acquired by Netflix. He collaborated on HBO's Tina, produced a documentary series for VICE, and directed Divo o Muerto about Juan Gabriel for Televisa-Univisión.
