Mientras el querido cantante cubano Pablo Milanés se enfrenta al final de su vida, su hijo busca desvelar la historia detrás de la voz que definió a una generación. *Para vivir* recorre el camino por el cual su música llegó a encarnar las esperanzas y las luchas de una época transformadora en Cuba y América Latina. Más que una biografía, la película se despliega como un diálogo íntimo entre padre e hijo, explorando el amor, el legado y la identidad.

Fabien Pisani
Fabien Pisani is a Cuban-born filmmaker, producer, and cultural entrepreneur whose work explores identity, music, and the cultural forces shaping the Caribbean. Through a dynamic and collaborative approach, he crafts stories that amplify artistic voices and reflect the richness of Cuban and Caribbean life. With over two decades of experience across music, film, and television, he developed and produced 7 Days in Havana, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival (Un Certain Regard) and screened at the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
Fabien Pisani es un cineasta, productor y gestor cultural cubano cuya obra explora la identidad, la música y las fuerzas culturales que configuran el Caribe. A través de una mirada dinámica y colaborativa, construye relatos que amplifican voces artísticas y reflejan la riqueza de la vida cubana y caribeña. Con más de dos décadas de experiencia en música, cine y televisión, desarrolló y produjo 7 Days in Havana, que se estrenó en el Festival de Cannes (Un Certain Regard) y se presentó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián.
