A Havana Night Benefit Gala

268 West 47th Street, Manhattan
Cocktails at 6:30pm
Dinner at 7:30pm

The Havana Night Benefit Gala, our main fundraising event, supports our award-winning Havana Film Festival New York, which each year presents over 40 films from 12-15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The festival gives our audience an opportunity to see the latest Cuban films and have a glimpse of the International Festival of the New Latin American Cinema that takes place in Havana every December. Each year, 25 filmmakers are invited to participate in the festival’s rich educational programs. The gala also supports our residencies and exchange programs in the visual and performing arts that provide opportunities to American and Cuban arts professionals to interact with one another in both countries. The uniqueness of these programs further helps us continue to build cultural bridges between the U.S. and Cuba.
