Synopsis
Maribel, a humble woman, arrives at the market before it opens for the day. While the shops open, she waits on the sidewalk in front of a house, whose owner is sweeping. A discussion arises about a basket that is sitting in the middle of the sidewalk.
Director's Bio
Edgar Chitop Cabrera, a native Mayan, was born in Uspantán el Quiché in Guatemala. He has a degree in communications and currently studies at the Casa Comal School of Film and Television. He is also a documentary filmmaker focused on Maya culture.
