Synopsis

Juan and Luis are two brothers that have not spoken in some time. Delfina, their sister, and Luis’ wife, Nena, attempt to bridge the rift but Juan and Luis have very different views on life, especially when it comes to a certain debt. But Juan’s presence in Buenos Aires for his daughter’s birthday forces the brothers’ reunion.

Director's Bio

Ana Katz graduated from the Universidad del Cine, Argentina with a degree in Cinematography. During that time she directed various shorts such as Ojalá corriera el viento. She studied in both Julio Chávez’s and Elena Tritek’s schools.

In 1998 she worked as an assistant director in the feature Mundo grúa by Pablo Trapero. In 2002 she finished her first feature-length, El juego de la silla, which was awarded the jury’s special mention in San Sebastian Film Festival. In addition to directing, she was also the screenwriter and actress for the film. She also directed A Stray Girlfriend.
